We are quite accommodative of our employees’ needs and support flexible work arrangements, but we also have high expectations in terms of performance and accountability. Once a trader/employee has established herself, we are flexible in terms of offering remote work or work-travel arrangements.
Team Building
Because our team is often in different locations, we rely on regular team building activities to build and maintain a strong sense of camaraderie between team members. We have organized fun activities such as rock crawling, escape rooms, exotic car racing, Calgary Stampede, etc.
